… purposes. The aim of the procurement is to acquire a reliable and long-lasting device package that supports ophthalmic surgery throughout the life cycle of the device. Option included in the contract for the purchase of one (1) equivalent equipment available to the subscriber until the end of 2027, as well as other options indicated in the procurement documents, available to the subscriber for a period of two (2) years from the date of signature of the contract. After the delivery of the equipment, the contract will remain in force for spare parts, consumables, possible software, software support, security updates, technical support, maintenance services and other maintenance services related to the equipment or equipment delivered until further notice. Also with regard to a possible option device. The package to be offered shall include all software, licenses, equipment, commissioning services, instructions for use, training and other components necessary for the normal clinical use of the device, whether or not specifically identified in the procurement documents. The bidder must offer the whole. Partial offers will not be accepted. All parts must be provided. Parallel offers will be accepted. Alternative offers will not be accepted.
