Purpose The purpose of introducing a system support system is to get an overall management and to coordinate and streamline the processes within cleaning. This includes calculation of cleaning time, scheduling of resources, optimization of cleaning areas, follow-up and statistics, receiving extra orders so that the employee can physically see the day's work area and extra orders based on a colored drawing on their mobile or tablet in real time. The system support shall have a user-friendly interface and management both in the administrative parts performed via computer but also in the app. The system will also offer visual support for employees by displaying the day's work area on a colored drawing in real time via mobile / tablet, containing instructions and governing documents, reporting deviations in delivery and receiving additional orders.
