What the buyer is looking for
Ekerö Municipality intends to procure rental contracts for group housing. The group dwelling must follow the municipality's framework programme for housing with special services and must be built within Ekerö urban area or Stenhamra and adjacent areas marked on the attached map (see Appendix - Ekerö urban area and Stenhamra). The municipality does not provide any real estate for the construction of the group dwelling, but it is the tendering companies that must have access to suitable real estate. The term of the agreement is fifteen (15) years. Value The estimated value of the procurement is between SEK 1.5 million and SEK 2.5 million per year. Ekerö Municipality plans to award the procurement in December 2026.
