The subject of the procurement is the collection, treatment and disposal of separately collected recyclable municipal waste - mixed packaging from yellow containers, KB 15 01 06 (Mixed packaging). As part of the public service of collecting municipal waste, the Client jointly collects waste plastic, metal and multi-layer (tetrapack) packaging through yellow containers. The collected mixed packaging is taken to the selected bidder (authorized collector/recoverer) for further treatment and disposal. The service includes taking over waste from the Client, weighing and processing and/or disposal of mixed packaging in the bidder's own facility. … (Orderererer) ends at the moment of acceptance of mixed packaging by the Offerer. The Client shall not be liable for any failures of the Provider or for any damage caused to third parties in the performance of this activity. The client is obliged to submit the Waste Companion Sheet (PL-O form) with the shipment and is responsible for the accuracy of the waste data listed on the sheet. Proof of the service performed consists of a copy of the Accompanying List (certified by the Client and the Tenderer) and original weighing documents from the Tenderer's plant. The tenderer is obliged to confirm and harmonise the documents (PL-O) in the e-ONTO system within 15 days from the date of receipt of the waste.
