… availability of an authorized warranty service for all brands and types of vehicles offered at a distance of no more than 100 km from the seat of the contracting authority (Bulgaria 39, 917 01 Trnava), GPS coordinates 48°21'36.3"N 17°35'51.3"E. The distance shall be determined according to the shortest road route shown in the Google Maps application on the date of submission of the documents by the successful tenderer, within the framework necessary for the conclusion of the purchase contract, with a precision of 0.1 km. The list of service centres and the documents proving their authorisation shall be submitted in accordance with point 30.8 of these specifications; They are not part of the offer. The required authorization and availability of the service must be ensured during the relevant period of service fulfillment even when changing the service center. In the event of a change of service centre during the performance of the contract, the distance shall be verified on the date of submission of the documents of the replacement service centre to the buyer. The vehicles supplied must be fully electric (BEV) and comply with all generally binding legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic and the European Union, including the requirements for the approval of vehicles for use in road traffic. The technical requirements for vehicles are further specified in Annex 13 to the Tender Document. The subject of the contract also includes the transport of vehicles to the place of performance, the training of the operator to the extent necessary for the proper use of the vehicles and the handing over of vehicles in a fully functional state ready for operation. The graphic design, production and application of the external coating of vehicles are not the subject of this contract. The bidder does not include the cost of these services in the bid price. Vehicles shall be supplied without the outer coating provided by the buyer; its absence is not a defect or a defect and is not a reason to refuse to take over the vehicle. The delivery, receipt and payment of vehicles shall not be subject to the delivery of the adhesive material by the contracting authority or to the performance of a pole. Failure to perform the pole is not a breach of the seller's obligations and does not entitle to the application of contractual penalties. The published illustrative photographs of the stickers are not a basis for awarding or taking over the vehicles.
