Annual quantity of products to be procured: 1. Soya meal: 300 tonnes 2. Sunflower meal: 280 tonnes 3. Wet maize: 270 tonnes 4. Beer marc: 570 tonnes 5. Beet slices: 430 tonnes The contracting authority states that it expects to order the products in a quantity of 2 months at a time due to their storage capacity. Estimated quantity in net HUF: The estimated value of the total quantity that the contracting authority intends to order during the period of setting up the DBR (36 months) is HUF 342 000 000 net. … Documents, the contracting authority describes in more detail the product categories and their characteristics for which it intends to establish a DBR. During the 36-month period of the scheme, any economic operator may join the scheme if it submits a request to participate through the EQF and is deemed eligible. After the successful completion of the participation phase of this procedure, when a specific procurement need arises, the Contracting Authority shall send the invitation to tender through the ERC to the candidates identified as suitable. During the implementation of the DBR, the contracting authority shall apply the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), the exact technical specifications, quantities and contract conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system shall be made available to the candidate participating in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, while the technical specifications of the products currently known shall also be published in the participation phase of the DBR. In relation to point BT-727 (II.2.3), the contracting authority states that the address indicated therein is the seat of the contracting authority, which was specified in the invitation for technical reasons, and that the actual places of performance are indicated in the invitations to tender. The list of sites is provided by the Contracting Authority as part of the Technical Specifications, however, it reserves the right to clarify and supplement it during the bidding phases. Contracting authority is the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), it reserves the possibility, during the implementation of the DBR, at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, to specify in the invitation to tender options for the specific procurement need specified therein, depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements. In order to define the subject-matter of the public procurement in a clear and comprehensible manner, the Contracting Authority may refer to something of the make, origin, type, procedure, activity, person or patent or trademark specified in this notice and other public procurement documents. In all such cases, the designation was made only in order to clearly define the nature of the object, a tender may be made for a product required by this invitation or equivalent to it in terms of detailed technical parameters for the product in question. When assessing the technical content, equivalence shall be judged by the Contracting Authority, for the decision of which all data shall be provided by the Tenderer in the bidding phase(s). It is therefore the responsibility of the tenderer to prove in the tender that the product offered is equivalent to the product specified by the Contracting Authority. An offer for a product with more favourable characteristics may also be made to the contracting authority.
