In relation to point BT-727 (II.2.3), the contracting authority states that the address indicated therein is the seat of the contracting authority, which was specified in the invitation for technical reasons, and that the actual places of performance are indicated in the invitations to tender. A 321/2015. (X. 30.) Kr. II. Fejezetnek megfelelően az EEKD IV. rész α) pontjának kitöltésével elegendő nyilatkoznia arról, hogy megfelel az M/1. pontban előírt alkalmassági követelményeknek. Az alkalmassági követelményekre vonatkozó igazolásokat az ajánlatkérő felhívására szükséges benyújtani, a Kbt. 69. §. (4)-(6) bekezdésében foglaltak alapján. Amennyiben a teljesítés nem a szerződésnek megfelelően történt, ismertetni kell az igazolásban vagy nyilatkozatban az eltérés okát és mértékét, valamint a gazdasági szereplő szerződésszegése esetén annak tényét, hogy a gazdasági szereplő szerződésszegésért való felelőssége fennáll-e. Ha az alkalmasság igazolása a részvételre jelentkező vagy az alkalmasság igazolásában részt vevő más szervezet nyilatkozatával történik, a nyilatkozat tartalmazza azt is, hogy a szerződést kötő másik fél vitatja-e a teljesítés szerződésszerűségét vagy – amennyiben a gazdasági szereplő erről nyilatkozott – azt a körülményt, hogy a gazdasági szereplő szerződésszegésért való felelőssége nem áll fenn. A RJ során a referencia vizsgált időtartamára a Kbt. 107. § (8b) bekezdésében foglaltak irányadóak, azaz a DBR felállítását követően benyújtott részvételi jelentkezések tekintetében a vizsgált időszak meghatározásához használt referencia-időpontnak a részvételi jelentkezés benyújtásának időpontja minősül, míg a DBR felállításakor a rendszerbe felvett gazdasági szereplők esetében a vizsgált időszak meghatározásához használt referencia-időpontnak az eljárást megindító felhívás feladásának időpontja minősül. Részvételre jelentkezőnek az EEKD-ban a IV. rész α) pontjának kitöltésével elegendő nyilatkoznia arról, hogy megfelel az előírt alkalmassági követelményeknek. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet a Korm. rendelet 24. § (1) bekezdésére. Az előírt alkalmassági követelménynek részvételre jelentkezőnek a Kbt. 65. § (6)-(7) és (11) bekezdésében foglaltak betartása mellett is megfelelhetnek. Amennyiben a RJ a ref.-t közös RJ-ként/alvállalkozóként teljesítette, úgy a ref.ig.-ból ki kell derülnie, hogy az RJ a szállítás mely részét teljesítette, megjelölve az elvégzett szállítás és a vonatkozó ellenérték nettó HUF összegét; AK csak a ref. munka RJ által elvégzett részét veszi figyelembe az alk.-i köv.-nek való megfelelés vizsgálatakor.
