Performance of the contract begins after securing funding by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY , certified by a written notification sent by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY and presentation by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY of the specified performance guarantee. **** The deadline for implementation of the activities under lot № 1 is as follows: The delivery period is up to 5 working days after secured financing, presentation of a performance guarantee and receipt of a written request from the Assignor. The period of validity of cloud licenses and Enterprise Support is 36 months. The performance requirements are detailed in the Technical Specification of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY under lot № 1 - Annex №1.1.
