… the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification. Deliveries subject to the order will be made on the basis of written requests of the Assignor, according to his current needs, under the conditions and within the terms specified in the draft contract. The quantities of plastic containers for household waste specified in the Technical Specifications are estimated for a period of 12 months and the Contracting Authority reserves the right, during the term of the contract, not to declare in full an estimated quantity of goods, as well as to request deliveries of goods above or below the estimated quantities specified for them, until the maximum value of the Contract is reached. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the Assignor and the Contractor, are in accordance with the Draft Contract, the Technical Specification of the Assignor, the Technical and Price Offers of the Contractor – an integral part of the Documentation. The contract, which will be concluded with the participant, designated as a contractor of the contract, shall enter into force on the date of registration in the CLIENT's case management system and shall be valid until the fulfillment of all the obligations assumed by the Parties under the Contract, but for no more than 12 (twelve) months. Funding for the performance of this contract was not secured at the time of the opening of the procedure. The participant should submit samples of ‘120 litre Kouka plastic household waste containers’ and 1 100 litre plastic household waste containers with a flat lid and a bonnet in the Beaver lid, in order to establish their compliance with the requirements of the Technical Specification (Article 52(5) of the PPA).
