… bus up to 100% (up to maximum SOCm level) in less than 4 hours with power at each charging station - minimum 70 kW. Charging stations should be installed by the Contractor at a location specified by the Contracting Authority in Haskovo. As part of the execution of the delivery, the Contractor shall provide additional equipment, which shall include: Vehicle telemetric monitoring system; Equipment, software, etc. special tools necessary for servicing, diagnostics and repair of the traction motor - within the limits of the manufacturer's regulations; Equipment, software, etc. special tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of the high-voltage system and the traction battery - within the limits regulated by the manufacturer); Diagnostic equipment for pneumatic systems - within the limits set by the manufacturer; Equipment for diagnosis and repair of low-voltage electrical systems - within the limits regulated by the manufacturer. The procuring entity shall request the provision of instructions and diagrams, which shall include at least: Large-scale drawings with applied dimensions, layout of the salon and other technical data (minimum 2 sets); Large-scale diagrams of electrical equipment and pneumatic systems (minimum 2 sets); Operating manual and daily service in Bulgarian (for each electric bus); Diagnostic equipment manual (minimum 2 pcs.); Periodic maintenance manual (min. 2 pcs.); Complete spare parts catalog with the relevant order catalogue numbers (minimum 2 pcs.) including electronic media. Participants shall provide, at their own expense, training to the staff of the Contracting Authority after receiving the electric buses and installing the charging stations. The Contractor shall train at least: 3 /three/ instructors of drivers; 5 (five) drivers; 4 (four) service workers. Staff training should start within 10 days of the delivery of the electric buses and the installation of the charging stations. Staff training shall be of a duration not exceeding 7 calendar days. The place of delivery of the electric buses and charging stations is the free bus depot of Troleybus Transport EOOD, Haskovo, Saedinenie Blvd, with duties and taxes paid. The installation of the abandoned stations is carried out by the contractor after the Assignor and his partner Haskovo Municipality provide power supply to the charging stations with three-phase current 400 V AC. The contracting authority undertakes to provide access to the site(s) for the installation of the charging stations within 30 calendar days from the sending of a written request by the selected contractor to carry out the installation. In the event that the Contracting Authority cannot provide this access for reasons beyond its control, the time limit for delivery and installation shall be suspended.
