The award was made under Lot 1 of a public contract for: ‘Extension of the scope of the Early Warning and Public Disclosure System at regional level (NUTS 3) for the territory of the country’ by three lots with a total estimated value of EUR 29 422 639.80 excluding VAT, following the termination of the award under lot 1 of public procurement with UPN 05401-2024-0017 due to the entry into force of Decision № 5532/28.05.2025 of the SAC. Lot 1 is concerned with: ‘Extension of the scope of the Early Warning and Public Disclosure System at regional level (NUTS 3) for the territory of the country’, the estimated value of which is EUR 29 398 046.10 excluding VAT, is awarded through an open procedure under the conditions of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act. Lot 2 is concerned with: ‘Current renovation of a study room in the building of the Directorate-General for Combating Organised Crime – Ministry of the Interior, located at № 30, Nikola Gabrovski Str., Sofia’, with an estimated value of EUR 2 663,92 excluding VAT, and Lot 3 concerning: ‘Supply of equipment for a silent room/cabinet/training room for work with NSRF’ with an estimated value of EUR 21 929.78 excluding VAT will be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to the individual estimated value of each of them - Article 20(4) of the Public Procurement Act, because: - the value of Lot 2 of EUR 2 663,92 excluding VAT does not exceed EUR 511 291,88 for construction; - the value of Lot 3 of EUR 21 929.78 excluding VAT does not exceed EUR 79 998.77 for supplies; - the total estimated value of lots 2 and 3 of EUR 24 593.70 excluding VAT does not exceed the value of EUR 5 884 527.96 excluding VAT, representing 20 % of the total estimated value of the contract - EUR 29 422 639.80 excluding VAT. ********************************* Important!
