… the value of the respective lot does not exceed BGN 156 464 for supplies and services and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract. In such cases, irrespective of the residual value of the contract, it shall be awarded in the order applicable to the total value of the contract. Lot № 2 and Lot № 3 will be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to their respective individual value in connection with Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), by means of direct award on the basis of Article 20(4)(3) of the ZOP. Participants should not submit bids under Lot № 2 and Lot № 3! *** **** **** The total estimated value of the contract is EUR 640 150,00 excluding VAT. It is divided into lots as follows: - The estimated value under Lot № 1 is EUR 608 900,00 excluding VAT; - The estimated value under Lot № 2 is EUR 24 250,00 excluding VAT; - The estimated value of Lot № 3 is EUR 7 000,00 excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right not to request and purchase the entire estimated quantity or to exceed the quantity until the maximum value of the contract under the lot has been reached, and the same will be paid at the unit prices indicated in the tender of the selected Contractor. The performance requirements are detailed in the Contracting Authority's Technical Specification under Lot № 2 - Annex № 1.2. of the Contracting Authority. *** The deadline for delivery of the chargers is up to 20 /twenty/ days from receipt by the Contractor of the written request under point III of the Technical Specification for the lot submitted by the Contracting Authority. The deadline for submission of applications is up to 12 (twelve) months from the date of entry into force of the contract or until the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever occurs first. *** Place of delivery is Sofia, № 11, Lachezar Stanchev Str., Information Services AD building. *** Funding is provided for Lot № 2. *** Participants should not submit tenders under Lot № 2. *************** Separate heading № 3 concerning: ‘Delivery of notebooks’ shall be awarded in accordance with the order of its individual value – Article 21(1).
