… agreement was chosen because it allows the contracting authority to award follow-up contracts on a monthly basis, depending on the specific needs and the funds allocated for this purpose. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities of the subsequent contracts can be found both in the Tender Specifications and in the Contracting Strategy. Subsequent contracts will be concluded according to the needs of the contracting authority, the minimum and maximum quantities being estimated. The deadline for economic operators to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
