… used in the delivery of a new vehicle - superstructure and produced µe the standard specifications and procedures specified by the manufacturer of the vehicle - superstructure, or spare parts of equivalent quality manufactured by any undertaking which can at any time certify that these spare parts have the same quality µe the components used for the assembly of the relevant vehicles, superstructures and always within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1400/2002 or its revision (EC 461/2010) and of excellent quality (not sorting, not second-hand, i.e. absolutely new). The purpose of the declaration is to meet the needs of the Municipality of Egaleo in terms of vehicle availability and in particular: A) Ensuring satisfactory availability of vehicle readiness for full operation. B) Ensuring the supply of the necessary tyres (including fitting). All procurement during the entire duration of the framework agreement will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the procedures laid down in Law 4412/16 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 147, 2016) on public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts (adaptation to Directives 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU), as amended and in force, and those referred to in Ministerial Decision 3373/390 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 349, No ΄27-03-1975) laying down a procedure for the repair and maintenance, purchase of spare parts and supply of fuel and lubricants, etc., for public motor vehicles, local authorities and legal entities governed by public law in general, etc., as referred to in Article 1 of Legislative Decree 2396/53, as amended by Law 4493/24.4.1975 (Government Gazette, Series II, No ΄489), taking into account the relevant settled case-law of the Court of Auditors (Events 164/2018, 119/2018, 211/2017 and 252/2016 on the legal assumptions of the act of Section VII of the Unit of the Preliminary Audit of Expenditure). C) The provision of services for the repair of any kind of damage that can be justified each time, cannot be repaired by the repair shop available to the Municipality, and will include any required small spare parts (eg air valve, "macaroni" etc.). The detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in the Annexes: A΄ "Technical Report", B΄ "Technical Description-Technical Specifications", C΄ "Tender Specifications" and D΄ "Indicative Budget" of this notice. 1.3.2.
