… SECTION 2: ‘Concession of the exclusive right to operate public scheduled urban passenger transport by bus to the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace’, with an estimated value of EUR 20 000 000, plus VAT (i.e. EUR 2 000 000 per year, for ten (10) years). The estimated value of the contract totals €383,500,000.00 excluding VAT 13% (estimated value including VAT: € 433,350,000.00). Including an option, if exercised under the terms and conditions of Article 4(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, the estimated value of the contract may amount to EUR 575.250.000,00 excluding VAT of 13 % (estimated value including VAT: € 650.032.500,00).
