… process is carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which a maximum of three (3) contract suppliers with the highest scores are selected for the framework agreement by sub-assembly. Tenderers may submit tenders for one or both sub-packages. The selection criterion for the competitive tendering is the overall economic advantage, with the weight of the price being 80% and the weight of the quality being 20%. The term of the contract is fixed at four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest after the award decision has become final or the Market Court has granted the contract an authorisation for performance. The notice period for both parties and Numera Palvelut Oy's customer organisations committed to the acquisition is six (6) months, regardless of the fixed-term nature of the agreement. The aim is for the contract period to start on 1 January 2027 (estimate). Entities acceding to the Agreement shall become subject to the Agreement after the termination of their existing Agreements. Partial offers will not be accepted. Parallel offers will not be accepted. The tenderer undertakes by means of his tender to comply with all the conditions set out in the invitation to tender. The contracting entity shall have the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents before the award decision is taken. If the information provided is incorrect, the tender will be rejected. NB!
