The internal accounting programme together with the external accounting programme (accounting, financial administration) must form a whole and ensure that the statutory reporting requirements are met. External accounting is not the subject of this procurement. The contract is valid for a fixed period of 24 months from the date of signature of the contract and thereafter for an indefinite period.
