… submit tenders only to the Regions for which they have been accepted as Tenderers. The services and geographical areas to be procured are described in more detail in Annex 01 Service description_LUONNOS.zip to the draft invitation to tender attached to the invitation to participate. The service description and its appendices are drafts. The subject matter of the procurement will be specified during the negotiated procedure. The Agreement shall enter into force by signature. The contract period is three (3) years, in addition to which the subscriber has three one (1) year option periods. The duration of the contract is calculated from the time when the service production responsibility has been transferred to the contractor for the entire contract. Service production responsibility from existing suppliers will be transferred by 01.03.2027 at the latest.
