What the buyer is looking for
Cleaning of church premises. Cleaning plan and areas attached. The service contract is concluded for a fixed term of 2 years, after which the fixed term can be extended. Start can be arranged. Three items: The aim of the procurement is to organise the cleaning services of the premises in such a way that the cleanliness, hygiene and cleanliness of the premises, as well as safe and comfortable operating and working conditions, are maintained throughout the contract period. The service is carried out in accordance with the invitation to tender, the site-specific service description and other documents attached to the invitation to tender. The site-specific service description defines the cleaning tasks included in the service, their frequency and the requirements set for the service. … provider is responsible for calibrating the working time, human resources, working methods, machinery and equipment needed to implement the service in such a way that the content of the service and the required level of cleanliness specified in the invitation to tender and its annexes are met. Service work assignments and pricing must be based on commonly used cleaning work dimensioning systems and at least on the wages of real estate service workers in accordance with the collective agreement. The tender must include all the services specified in the invitation to tender. Sub-offers or alternative offers will not be accepted. The tenderer must indicate the prices requested in the invitation to tender on a site-by-site basis. The customer selects one (1) Service Provider with whom the contract will be concluded. Before submitting a tender, the client arranges a tour of the properties that are the subject of the contract. The inspection of the properties will be carried out as agreed.
