… destinations. One operator will be selected for each site. A single operator can be selected to operate more than one site. Each item is selected on the basis of the lowest price. Quality factors are not comparative criteria to be scored, but the invitation to tender contains requirements that the tenderer and the transport service offered must meet. The Subscriber reserves the right to make route changes and the number of persons per day or route indicated is indicative and does not bind the Subscriber to anything. Changes may occur, for example, when the school year or schedule changes, when the number of people transported or when the school network changes. If one of the routes offered in the offer ends in the middle of the contract period or is left out of the original route plan for some other reason, the customer is not obligated to arrange a replacement route or driving for the operator. If the agreed route changes substantially, such as, for example, significantly lengthening the journey, the parties will negotiate possible price changes. If there are new transporters on the route who live along the standard route and there is space in the transporting car, no additional price can be charged in this regard. The Contracting Entity reserves the right, if necessary, to accept or reject tenders in whole or in part if the price level is too high or if the circumstances have materially changed in such a way that it is not appropriate to carry out the planned services as set out in the invitation to tender, or if it is practically not possible to operate the routes offered by the carrier with the equipment set out in the tender, e.g. due to overlapping timetables, changes in the number of pupils or for some other reason.
