What the buyer is looking for
The tender includes land, sewerage and paving works for the establishment of sewer pipes, in Søvej, Strandgården Vest, Strandgården Øst, Strand-gården Tværvej, Kastrupvej and a few properties on Bjergskovvej and Tobjergvej in the area near Kastrup Strand (Etape 1). … the contracting entity considers that a division would lead to a number of inappropriate legal and practical interfaces. A detailed description of the content and scope of the works can be found in the tender documents. Application of Section 83 of the Public Procurement Act for Stage 2 and Stage 3: The developer expects to purchase additional tasks from the winning tenderer by carrying out a negotiated procedure without prior notice under Section 83 of the Public Procurement Act for subsequent similar waste water sewerage projects (‘repetition project’) for Stage 2 and Stage 3. Prior to the award of these repeat projects, cf. Section 83 of the Public Procurement Act, the developer will publish a prophylaxis notice, cf. Section 4 of the Act on the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (LBKG 2025-05-08 No 448). The contract specifies the terms of the procedure, as well as the content and scope of Stage 2 and Stage 3.
