All parts must meet the requirements and specifications set out in the contract.Module-based solutions may be built as part of the centre, for example in order to meet the need for common areas or other complementary functions, provided that these meet the applicable requirements under agreements and applicable regulations.At the start-up and during the contract period, joint meetings between the Migration Agency and the Supplier will be conducted. The purpose of the meetings is for both parties to have a dialogue on issues related to the contract and contribute to good business relations.The supplier must have the ability and resources to deliver according to the contract from the start of the contract.The Migration Agency does not guarantee any purchase volumes or purchase values in this contract.
