What the buyer is looking for
The Civil Defence Agency is conducting a procurement of framework contracts for the purchase of CBRN materials. The acquisition is part of the Agency's mission to build capacity to deal with the consequences of remote control. The equipment is intended for use in crises, disasters and heightened preparedness as well as in other operations. The procurement is divided into two framework agreements: Framework Agreement Area A – Chemical Warfare Indication Paper. Paper for the rapid indication of liquid chemical warfare agents, capable of distinguishing G-substances, V-substances and H-substances by colour reaction without electronic reading equipment. … area. The areas are evaluated and awarded separately, and tenders can be submitted for one or both. The basis for evaluation is price, calculated as the lowest price per indication and per measurement, respectively. The agreement also covers the supplier's other range of consumables for indication and sampling in the CBRN area, at prices according to the supplier's regular price list, less the discount rate offered. The framework agreement period is 24 months with the possibility of extension for a maximum of another 24 months. The estimated volume for the entire possible contract period is SEK 17.5 million. The ceiling volume amounts to a maximum of SEK 21 million. The agency does not guarantee volume. Delivery is made according to DDP Incoterms 2020 to the Agency's address in Kristinehamn. Delivery time may not exceed six weeks from ordering.
