Within the scope of this call for tenders, the Contracting Authority and Tenderer are working together to implement ICT management. … Subscribing to a part of the contract is not permitted and will result in exclusion from further participation in the procurement procedure. The present contract in this call for tenders represents an estimated contract value of € 95,000.00 excluding VAT per year, thus € 950,000.00 excluding VAT for the entire duration of ten (10) years. Please note: The estimated annual contract value excluding VAT is also the ceiling for the annual costs of ICT management. If the annual costs quoted by the Tenderer in Annex III Prize Sheet exceed the ceiling, the Tenderer will be excluded from further participation in the tender.
