Hierfür sind ausschließlich die Formblätter ("Formblatt_Referenz") zu nutzen und die folgenden Hinweise zu beachten. Für jede Referenz ist ein separates Formblatt auszufüllen. Die Vergleichbarkeit des Leistungsgegenstandes ist anhand folgender Parameter definiert: - Eine Referenz muss abgeschlossen sein oder eine Laufzeit von 2 Jahren bereits überschritten haben. - Die weitere Referenz muss in den letzten zwei Jahren erfolgt sein. Diese beinhaltet die Inbetriebnahme und Unterstützung des Lizenzmanagement Tools SNOW bei einem öffentlichen Auftraggeber von mindestens 10.000 Endgeräten. Bei dieser Referenz wurden mindestens drei verschiedene Mitarbeiter*innen in unterschiedlichen Rollen (technischen, administrativen sowie im Lizenzmanagement in Snow) eingesetzt.
