The rooms access, foyer, issue, kiosk, guest room as well as the club rooms including sanitary facilities for guests result in a single-storey building, which is mainly to be built in wood construction, which serves as a meeting point and community facility. The second building with kitchen and its adjoining rooms, partial cellars for technical rooms, as well as the installed ventilation centre are built in masonry and reinforced concrete construction. The predominantly single-storey building with its greened flat roof and the roof of the ventilation centre serve to set up a photovoltaic system. The area accessible to guests is generally barrier-free. The development of an economic and cost-effective concept is a priority objective. Holistic principles for sustainable planning and construction, operation and maintenance, as well as for the later use of the property are taken into account.
