Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je vývoj, výroba (včetně nákupu materiálů), testování a dodávka wolframových komponentů pro tokamak COMPASS Upgrade (dále jen „wolframové komponenty“ nebo „položky“) určených pro experimentální zařízení COMPASS-U Tokamak pro základní výzkum. Předmět plnění zahrnuje také povinnost dodavatele dodat wolframové komponenty v souladu s podmínkami stanovenými ve smlouvě a převést vlastnické právo k wolframovým komponentům na zadavatele. Wolframové komponenty musí plně vyhovovat požadavkům a specifikacím stanoveným ve smlouvě včetně technické specifikace. Podrobnosti týkající se plnění jsou uvedeny v technické specifikaci a smlouvě přiložené k zadávací dokumentaci.
