… on the date of the handover of the relevant Unit to the Contracting Authority, are necessary for the operation and use of the delivered Units and which will enable the Contracting Authority to properly and without restrictions operate and use the Units in the territory of the Czech Republic and also including the technical documentation belonging to the relevant Units to the relevant Units to the extent specified in the Framework Agreement; and/or (ii) repair and maintenance contracts delivered to the Units in the form of a Full-Service Agreement (the ‘Full-Service Agreement’).
