Jedna 0,5 ml injekčná liekovka obsahuje 50 mg palivizumabu Liek je indikovaný na prevenciu závažného ochorenia dolných dýchacích ciest vyžadujúceho hospitalizáciu, ktoré je vyvolané respiračným syncyciálnym vírusom (RSV) u detí s vysokým rizikom ochorenia RSV: • deti, ktoré sa narodili v 35. týždni gravidity alebo skôr a na začiatku sezóny RSV sú mladšie ako 6 mesiacov; • deti do 2 rokov, u ktorých bola v posledných 6 mesiacoch potrebná liečba bronchopulmonálnej dysplázie; • deti do 2 rokov s hemodynamicky signifikantným vrodeným srdcovým ochorením
