Predmetom zákazky je vypracovanie Dokumentácie stavby v súlade s § 8 zákona č. 25/2025 Z. z. Stavebného zákona a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov, zabezpečenie inžinierskych činností súvisiacich s povoľovacím procesom za účelom získania stavebného zámeru a kolaudačného osvedčenia, vrátane zabezpečenia procesu posúdenia vplyvov na životné prostredie v súlade so zákonom č. 24/2006 Z. z. o posudzovaní vplyvov na životné prostredie a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov (EIA), zabezpečenie zmien dotknutých územných plánov a výstavba novej rozvodne Est 110kV/22kV v Strategickom území Valaliky. Zhotoviteľ je povinný vybudovať celé dielo vrátane káblových trás, dodávky a montáže technológie. Súčasťou diela sú aj skúšky a všetky práce súvisiace s uvedením Diela do prevádzky. Dielo bude realizované v súlade s technickými štandardmi VSD (Východoslovenská distribučná, a.s.), platnými technickými normami a predpismi.
