Обществената поръчка включва доставка на медицински изделия/консумативи за нуждите на Клиника по Неврохирургия, посочени в Техническата спецификация – Приложение № 1, неразделна част от настоящата документация за възлагане. Код на поръчката, съгласно Общ терминологичен речник: 33140000 – Медицински консумативи. Обособената позиция съдържа в себе си самостоятелни номенклатури. Не се допуска представяне на варианти в офертата. Срокът на изпълнение на обществената поръчка е 24 месеца, считано от датата на подписване на договора. При разглеждане на офертите назначената комисия ще приложи т.нар. "обърнат ред", на основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП, във връзка с чл. 61 от ППЗОП. Техническите и Ценови предложения на участниците ще бъдат разгледани преди документите за удостоверяване на личното състояние и критериите за подбор. Гаранцията за изпълнение на договора е в размер на 2% (два процента) от стойността на договора без ДДС. Срокът на валидност на офертите е 6 месеца. Настоящата обществена поръчка се открива със съкратени срокове при условията на спешност в съответствие с чл. 74, ал. 4 от ЗОП.
