Prin prezenta procedură se urmărește achiziționarea de articole de echipament din compunerea uniformei de serviciu a polițiștilor, prin încheierea de acorduri-cadru pe o perioadă de 24 luni de către autoritățile contractante nominalizate în anexa nr. 1 a caietului de sarcini. Iniţierea şi derularea acestei proceduri de achiziție se realizează prin asocierea în comun a mai multor autorităţi contractante, conform prevederilor art. 44 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. A.C. va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, o singura data, in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificarile solicitate cu 18 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor, precizat la sectiunea I.3) Comunicare din fisa de date.
