Servicii de mentenanta simulator: Intreținere software simulator existent – repunere in funcțiune software, reparare software, asigurarea înlocuirii hardware convențional, prin reinstalarea software. Intreținere hardware specific simulator existent – verificare periodica si reparații/înlocuire, curățare. Suport tehnic simulator existent - furnizarea tuturor modificărilor software disponibile și remedierea deficiențelor conținute de sistemul instalat. Prestarea serviciilor de mentenanta simulator se va realiza pentru o perioadă de 12 luni de la data semnării contractului de ambele părți. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Autoritatea Constractanta va transmite răspunsul consolidat formulat la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare cu cel putin 10 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în măsura în care sunt transmise în termenul precizat.
