Serviciile presupun elaborarea amenajamentului silvic, un produs al activităţii de amenajare cu conţinut tehnico-organizatoric, fundamentat ecologic, prin care se stabilesc, pentru o perioadă de timp, lucrările necesare a fi executate într-o unitate de producţie, în scopul aducerii şi, ulterior, al menţinerii caracteristicilor structurale ale arboretelor şi ale pădurii în ansamblu la valorile aferente modelului structural optim definit în concordanţă cu obiectivele de natură ecologică, socială şi economică urmărite prin gestionarea durabilă. Potrivit prevederilor Art. 63 alin. (11) din Legea nr. 331/2024 privind Codul Silvic, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, este necesar ca elaborarea amenajamentelor silvice să se facă prin proceduri de achiziție publică. Amenajarea fondului forestier proprietate publică a statului constituie obligație prioritară a administratorilor fondului forestier. Modul de gestionare a fondului forestier proprietate publică a statului se reglementează prin amenajamente silvice. Amenajamentele silvice și modificările acestora se aprobă prin ordin al conducătorului Autorității. În cazul terenurilor proprietate publică a statului, amenajamentele furnizează date și informații necesare înregistrării/actualizării acestora în inventarul centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului și înregistrării în sistemul integrat de cadastru și carte funciară. Se pot solicita clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, astfel: cel tarziu in a 18 - a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare. Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari, astfel: cel tarziu in a 10 - a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare. NOTA: Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit.
