Obiectul acordului-cadru constă în prestarea serviciilor de închiriere utilaje cu deservent, prin încheierea unui acord-cadru, cu maxim 3 operatori economici, fără reluarea competiției, cu o durată de 24 de luni, împărțit în 2 loturi, astfel: • Lot 1 - Servicii de închiriere tractoare / autotractoare cu trailer, cu deservent • Lot 2 - Servicii de închiriere utilaje de ridicat (automacarale) cu deservent Termene pentru depunerea/răspunsul la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare: A. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legatură cu documentația de atribuire este de 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. B. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarficare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11 - a zi dinainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Dacă aceste termene se sfârșesc în zile nelucrătoare, Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în ultima zi lucrătoare înainte de termenul respectiv.
