Încheiere de acorduri cadru pentru o perioadă de 6 luni privind achizitia de produse alimentare necesare hranirii persoanelor private de libertate, respectiv Legume de toamnǎ. Autoritatea contractanta previzioneaza achizitionarea produselor in cantitati minime si maxime, acestea urmand atribuirea contractelor subsecvente acordului-cadru in functie de necesitati si de fondurile bugetare alocate. Durata acordurilor-cadru va fi de 6 luni. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate se regasesc in caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime prevazute in acordul cadru sunt estimative. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor este de 15 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informaţiilor suplimentare în a 10-a zi înainte de depunere a ofertelor.
