Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ανταλλακτικών, απαραίτητων για την συντήρηση και επισκευή των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων για τις ανάγκες του Δήμου, καθώς και για την πραγματοποίηση εργασιών επισκευής συντήρησης των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων για δύο (2) έτη, με διάρκεια υλοποίησης από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2027, ή την υπογραφή των συμφωνητικών και δημοσίευσης αυτών στο Κ.Η.Μ.ΔΗ.Σ. σε μεταγενέστερο χρόνο και για δύο έτη, ή με την λήξη του φυσικού, ή οικονομικού αντικείμενο σε προγενέστερο χρόνο, με δικαίωμα μονομερούς προαίρεσης για ένα (1) επιπλέον έτος.
