The purpose of this planning notice is to inform the market about future competitive tendering, to identify interested operators and potential bidders and to examine the appropriate competitive tendering method for the procurement package. As part of the market prospection, separate market dialogue sessions in Teams format may also be organised with interested actors. The adjudicating entity seeks the views of market participants in particular on product availability, product ranges, packaging solutions, delivery possibilities for fractional packaging, security of supply, logistics, electronic ordering procedures and the implementation of sustainability requirements. If interested in the procurement, operators in the field may submit free-form views, questions and other comments regarding the upcoming tendering and procurement package, as well as register for a separate market dialogue to TesEe Botnia Oy's contact person by e-mail at: [email protected]. Views, comments, questions and presentations will only be made available to the study group on procurement. Possible comments, etc. and contacts are welcome by Wed 14.10.2026 ([email protected]). The actual contract notice and call for tenders will be published in October or November 2026, as initially planned. Participation in the planning notice and the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in the call for tenders.
