Etsivää nuorisotyötä toteutetaan nuorisolain ja etsivän nuorisotyön käsikirjan mukaisesti. Turun kaupungin nuorisotyön palvelualue pyrkii tämän hankinnan avulla laajentamaan Turun etsivän nuorisotyön kokonaisresurssia ja täydentämään kaupungin omaa etsivää nuorisotyötä ostopalvelulla. Hankinnan kohteena on viiden henkilötyövuoden etsivän nuorisotyön kokonaisuus. Hankinnan kohde ja palvelun sisältö sekä vaatimukset on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
