Deze aanbesteding heeft tot doel de continuïteit van de levering van Cateringproducten voor de komende jaren te waarborgen. Het gaat om voedingsmiddelen en non-foodproducten voor de restauratieve voorzieningen op het hoofdkantoor van HHR. De opdracht omvat de levering van Cateringproducten voor de dagelijkse lunchvoorziening en banquetingactiviteiten in het bedrijfsrestaurant en de vergaderruimten op het hoofdkantoor van HHR. Hierbij worden drie (3) verschillende klantnummers gehanteerd voor de volgende assortimentsgroepen: Food; Banqueting; Schoonmaak-/non-foodproducten. Kernassortiment : Opdrachtgever heeft op basis van historische afnamegegevens voor deze productgroepen een kernassortiment vastgesteld. Dit assortiment bevat de producten die gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst op bestelling geleverd moeten worden. De lijst is opgenomen in Bijlage 2 (Tarievenblad) bij deze Inschrijvingsleidraad. Randassortiment : Naast het kernassortiment heeft Opdrachtgever behoefte aan een breed en diep aanvullend assortiment van Cateringproducten binnen de productgroepen die in Tabel 1 zijn opgenomen. Binnen het randassortiment dient ook een ruim aanbod met producten met één of meer van de 13 topkeurmerken op het gebied van milieu, dierenwelzijn en mens en werk beschikbaar te zijn.
