Bouwkostenmanager nieuwbouw Nieuwe Meervaart Deze aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het contracteren van een Bouwkostenmanager. Het betreft één van de afzonderlijke aanbestedingstrajecten die de Gemeente in het kader van de Integrale Ontwerpopgave voor de nieuwbouw van theater Nieuwe Meervaart en de herontwikkeling van de zuidwestoever van de Sloterplas (de Integrale Ontwerpopgave) separaat zal uitvoeren. De Bouwkostenmanager werkt samen met het multidisciplinaire architectenteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor de Integrale Ontwerpopgave en met de overige disciplines die bij deze opgave zijn betrokken. Deze disciplines vormen gezamenlijk het Ontwerpteam. De Bouwkostenmanager maakt als afzonderlijke discipline deel uit van het Ontwerpteam en draagt vanuit zijn specifieke deskundigheid bij dat de Integrale Ontwerpopgave binnen het beschikbare budget kan worden gerealiseerd.
