De opdracht betreft het op afroep beschikbaar stellen van materieel ten behoeve van de uitvoering van werkzaamheden door het Waterschap Rijn en IJssel. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor de huur van materieel gedurende de contractperiode. Binnen de opdracht kan onder meer behoefte bestaan aan mobiele kranen, rupskranen, hoogwerkers, graafmachines, shovels en vergelijkbaar materieel. De daadwerkelijke afname en inzet zijn afhankelijk van de operationele behoefte van het Waterschap Rijn en IJssel en kunnen gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst variëren. Zie leidraad 1.4.3.
