De scope van deze aanbesteding omvat op hoofdlijnen het leveren van accountantsdiensten ten behoeve van HZ University of Applied Sciences. De dienstverlening richt zich op zowel de certificerende als de signalerende functie van de accountant (zie definitielijst) en omvat tevens de natuurlijke adviesfunctie die behoort bij de uitvoering van de accountantswerkzaamheden. Binnen scope van de Opdracht vallen de volgende, niet limitatief opgesomde, uit te voeren werkzaamheden: 1. De controle van de jaarrekening van Stichting HZ University of Applied Sciences, inclusief de controle van de Wet normering topinkomens (WNT); o Op te leveren producten: het verstrekken van controleverklaringen, accountantsverslagen, managementletters en overige rapportages die voortvloeien uit de controlewerkzaamheden 2. De controle van de bekostigingsgegevens; o Op te leveren producten: assurancerapport 3. Het verstrekken van gevraagd en ongevraagd advies binnen de kaders van de natuurlijke adviesfunctie. +- 95.000 euro per jaar exclusief btw en exclusief optionele dienstverlening. Optionele dienstverlening betreft nog maximaal €40.000,- per jaar. Hiervoor geldt geen afnameverplichting.
