Die Kreiskliniken Reutlingen gGmbH beabsichtigen die Sanierung der Spültechnik. Die Sanierung erfolgt innerhalb der vorhandenen Raumgeometrie. Hierbei werden die Wandoberflächen und der Bodenbelag in der vorhandenen Form übernommen. Bodeneinläufe und Bodenrinnen werden neu gesetzt und neu eingedichtet. Dabei ist eine Anpassung auf die technischen benötigten Anschlusspunkte der neuen Spültechnik vorgesehen.
