Das neu herzustellende Pumpwerk Fuhrberg liegt angrenzend zur Kläranlage Fuhrberg in der Stadt Burgwedel im Ortsteil Fuhrberg, innerhalb der Region Hannover im Bundesland Niedersachsen. Die Stadt Burgwedel betreibt in Großburgwedel die Zentralkläranlage (ZKA) und am Standort Fuhrberg eine Kläranlage mit einer Anschlussgröße von 2.400 Ein wohnerwerten (aus Erhebungsbogen KA-Fuhrberg 2020).
