Die Karl-Rehbein-Schule (KRS) nutzt bereits seit mehreren Jahren Räume der Pestalozzischule als Zweigstelle. Um Platz für die zukünftige Erweiterung der Grundschule zu schaffen, soll für die Oberstufe der Karl-Rehbein-Schule ein neues Gebäude auf einer Teilfläche des Fronhof-Areals errichtet werden. Das Gebäude "Haus des Handwerks" wurde im Zuge der geplanten Erweiterung der Karl-Rehbein-Schule vollständig zurückgebaut, um den Neubau zu realisieren. Leistungsumfang Elektroinstallationsarbeiten: - Niederspannungshauptverteilung 1 Stück; - Unterverteilung mit entsprechenden Einbauten 9 Stück; - Hauptverteilungen ca. 420 m; - Verlegesysteme ca. 2.500 m; - Stark- und Schwachstromleitungen ca. 17.300 m; - Installationsgeräte ca. 650 Stück; - Leuchten ca. 400 Stück; - Zentralbatterie für Sicherheitsbeleuchtung mit ca. 103 Stück Sicherheitsleuchten 1 Stück; - Lichtrufanlage für Behinderten WC 1 Stück; - Briefkastensprechanlage mit zusätzlich zwei Außensprechstellen und SIP Anbindung 1 Stück; - Elektroakustische Anlage mit ca. 125 Stück Lautsprechern 1 Stück; - Brandmeldeanlage mit ca. 85 Stück Meldern und 50 Stück akustischen Signalgebern 1 Stück; - EDV-Schränke 1 Stück und ca. 103 Stück Netzwerkdosen.
