Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland, vertreten durch die Niedersächsische Landesbehörde für Straßenbau und Verkehr - Geschäftsbereich Nienburg - beabsichtigt, den Bau der Ortsumge-hung Wunstorf im Zuge der B 441 durchzuführen. Im Zuge dieser Baumaßnahme sind als vorgezogene landschaftspflegerische Schutzmaßnahme Erdkröten vor dem Einwandern in die Baustelle zu schützen (Maßnahme S 02 des Landschaftspflegerischen Begleitplans). Das ca. 1,6 km lange Baufeld des Bauabschnittes 1 wird mit dem Amphibienschutzzaun umzäunt, um ein Einwandern der nahen Erdkrötenpopulation zu verhindern. Fangeimer werden im Abstand von 10 m eingegraben. Während der Bauzeit sowie der Aktivitätszeit der Erdkrö-ten muss der Zaun beidseitig auf das Vorhandensein von Amphibien kontrolliert werden. Bei Vorfinden von Amphibien müssen diese auf die andere Seite des Baufeldes verbracht wer-den. Der Schutzzaun wird durch einen externen Auftragnehmer aufgestellt sowie betreut und gepflegt. Nach der Hauptwanderperiode wird jeder zweite Eimer verschlossen. Der Schutzzaun sowie die Eimer stehen während der Bauzeit von 02/27 bis 10/28.
