Predmet javnega naročila je izvajanje storitev zimske službe na lokalnih cestah, javnih poteh in drugih javnih površinah na območju Občine Gornja Radgona ter dobava materialov za izvajanje zimske službe. Storitve zimske službe obsegajo zlasti pluženje snega, posipanje cest in drugih površin, kombinirano pluženje in posipanje ter druga dela, potrebna za zagotavljanje prevoznosti in varnosti cest ter drugih javnih površin v zimskih razmerah, vse v obsegu in na območjih, določenih v dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Dobava materialov za izvajanje zimske službe obsega dobavo, skladiščenje in nakladanje mešanice z najmanj 40 % soli, soli za posipanje NaCl in sipine. Javno naročilo se oddaja za obdobje štirih (4) zimskih sezon, in sicer 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029 in 2029/2030.
