Dodávka zemného plynu spolu s distribučnými a prepravnými službami musí byť zabezpečená v zmysle zákona č. 251/2012 Z. z. o energetike a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov a v zmysle zákona č. 250/2012 Z. z. o regulácii v sieťových odvetviach v znení neskorších prepisov.
