Predmetom zákazky s názvom Servis a oprava klimatizačných jednotiek na železničné koľajové vozidlá (ďalej aj „ŽKV“) je vykonávanie servisných prehliadok, údržby a opráv klimatizačných zariadení inštalovaných v ŽKV obstarávateľa. Servisné prehliadky, údržba a opravy budú vykonávané v súlade s návodmi na obsluhu, údržbu a opravy vydanými výrobcami príslušných typov klimatizačných zariadení, v súlade s príslušnými technickými normami STN a EN, ako aj v súlade s platnými právnymi predpismi Európskej únie a Slovenskej republiky upravujúcimi nakladanie s fluórovanými skleníkovými plynmi, najmä v zmysle Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) o fluórovaných skleníkových plynoch a súvisiacich všeobecne záväzných právnych predpisov Slovenskej republiky. Zhotoviteľ je povinný zabezpečiť vykonávanie všetkých činností súvisiacich s predmetom zákazky v súlade s aktuálne platnou legislatívou, technickými normami a technologickými postupmi výrobcov zariadení.
